The Quarterback Water Closet Support from Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co. is designed for a better fit in less chase area. Newly designed legs provide easy access to the securing bolts of the faceplate allowing for height adjustment even with adjacent wall framing. The legs also have four additional securing slots, which can accommodate accessories to aid in installation, especially for pre-fabrication.
More +Electronic Trap Primers deliver a timed discharge of water to the floor drain P-trap to ensure the traps maintain a water seal. Flush Mount or recessed Electronic Trap Primer mount flush with the finished wall.
More +This labor-saving cleanout uses our Twis-to-Floor® adjustment technology to level the top with adjacent surfaces after the floor is poured and floor coverings are installed. Its 7” (180) diam. the cast iron cover is designed for floors where its cast iron appearance is satisfactory. Constructed of Duco-coated cast iron, this cleanout is designed to support heavy load traffic. It is available with 2", 3", 4" and 5" outlets.
More +This general purpose drain is adjustable on-site to accommodate roofs of any construction between 1-1/4" (32) and 4" (100) thick with up to 2-3/4" (70) of insulation. The combination flange clamp and gravel stop of this 15-1/4" (390) diam. adjustable roof drain spins around a threaded extension sleeve to conform to varying roof thicknesses. The drain body and flange assembly are made of Duco coated cast iron. It is protected by a polyethylene dome strainer.
