Zdrojownia has completed one of its largest projects in Poland — the installation of 48 BF15 water dispensers across several buildings of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. The project required precise coordination, technical expertise, and cooperation with heritage authorities, as part of the campus is under historical protection. Today, the academic community enjoys convenient access to clean, filtered water in multiple locations across the university.
The installation at Jagiellonian University was no small task. Our Polish branch was responsible for installing 48 BF15 wall-mounted water dispensers in various university facilities — from modern campuses to centuries-old buildings supervised by the Heritage Conservator.
Some units are still awaiting final approval, but the majority are already fully operational, providing students and staff with easy access to drinking water.
Before the installation phase began, our technical team carried out detailed on-site inspections together with university representatives. The goal was to select the most optimal locations based on:
The placement of each dispenser was carefully planned to minimize the length of the water line and eliminate any risk of stagnant water — a key factor in maintaining high hygiene standards.
Meanwhile, our Polish team assembled and pre-tested all units at our facility and prepared the installation schedule and tools for efficient fieldwork.
Our experienced service team handled the project from start to finish — including water and drainage connections, unit mounting, installation of filters and UV antibacterial lamps, system testing, and final cleaning.
All work was conducted during regular class hours, meaning our technicians had to ensure safety and minimal disruption to students and staff. Each completed installation was documented with a handover and acceptance report confirming full functionality.

At present, 30 water points are already operational, with additional installations to follow once heritage approvals are granted. Once completed, the project will include 48 fully functional BF15 dispensers distributed across Jagiellonian University buildings.
